16.01.2018 Lorenzo "Heartless" Valenti viiakse haiglasse mälukaotusega ning Frank Bianchi sureb kohapeal, Frank Bianchi mõrvati.

 

Möödunud ei ole kaua Hugo surmast, Benedetti on lagunemas. Lorenzo on vähese ajaga juba kaotanud kaks kaptenit ning ta teab, et ei suuda enda seljatagust koguaeg jälgida. Kui Lorenzo Valenti naaseb haiglast ning teda ootab haigla ees vana tuttav Ezio "Colt" Scaletta, nad lähevad sõidule ning leiavad lahenduse teineteise probleemidele. Lorenzo palub võtta ühendust oma viimase kapteni Lorenzo "Porte" Portebrieza ning oma naise Beatrice Abanoga. Algamas on uus aeg...
