[REL] Replaced dust particles & bleeding trees fix

I found no mod on the Internet that replaces the dust and sand particles with normal sparks while shooting at objects. I know that there are mods that remove all effects, but it's not what I wanted, so I decided to do it on my own. This is also compatible with any effects mod, even with the default. Besides that, this includes a fix for the bleeding trees by Function X as well. Put it into modloader.
