Stacey Clark on kahekümne ühe aastane neiu, kes on elanud Los Santoses oma lapsepõlvest saati.

Elas enamuse lapsepõlvest emaga  Glen Parki kortermajas. Stacey sai emaga hästi läbi. Ta oli populaarne koolis, kuid ei pidanud ennast kuidagi teistest tähtsamaks. kui ta keskkooli lõpetas, otsustas Stacey ise, et ta elab esialgu Hotellis, kuni ta endale maja leiab.
